Shop Policies

  1. We gladly accept returns for item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  2. No receipt, no refund… Sorry
  3. Seasonal merchandise (e.g. Halloween, Christmas, Easter) are not returnable.
  4. Additionally, non-returnable items are Balloon accessories, Hand pump, Balloons (Inflated/Uninflated), Balloon weights etc.
  5. Balloons purchased from the outside and inflated into the shop are not responsible for refund if it will be blow out.
  6. We are committed to providing you with high-quality, inflated balloons for your special occasions. We understand that the lifespan and appearance of balloons can be affected by various factors beyond our control once they leave our care. 
  7. Shop is not responsible if balloons punctured, popped, or damaged by sharp objects, rough handling, pets, children, or environmental factors (e.g., being left in a hot car, exposed to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, wind, or rain).
  8. All balloons, especially latex, will naturally deflate over time. Our guarantee pertains to immediate or rapid quality issues, not the natural and gradual deflation process.
  9. We are not liable for allergic reactions to latex balloons.
  10. All the delivery orders upto $100 are subject to a $10 service fees and above $100 are subject to a $20 service fees (Non-Negotiable).
